WagerRanker reviews are produced independently of the operators we cover. This page explains how we research, rate, and rank.
Our rating framework
Every operator receives a single overall score out of 10, computed from five subscores weighted equally:
- Games (20%) — variety, quality, and provider mix of the slots, table games, and live dealer offerings
- Bonuses (20%) — generosity and fairness of welcome offers, daily bonuses, promo codes, and ongoing promotions
- Payments (20%) — speed and reliability of Sweeps Coins redemptions (gift cards, ACH, crypto, etc.), and breadth of purchase methods
- App & UX (20%) — mobile and desktop experience, performance, stability
- Support (20%) — responsiveness, availability, and helpfulness of customer service
How we test
Each operator review involves at minimum:
- Creating a real account and completing the no-purchase signup flow
- Playing across at least 10 different titles
- Attempting one Sweeps Coins redemption, tracking time-to-payout
- Contacting customer support with a non-trivial question, tracking response time
- Reviewing the terms and conditions for clarity and fairness
Updates & corrections
Operators change. Promo codes expire. Payment methods come and go. We refresh every review at least quarterly, and we update individual data points (bonuses, ratings) as soon as we become aware of a change.
If you spot something we got wrong — even a small detail — please tell us: support@wagerranker.com. We publish corrections on the relevant review page with a visible "Updated:" timestamp.
What we will not do
- Pay-to-list — operators cannot pay us for placement, ratings, or favorable coverage
- Sponsored content disguised as editorial — any sponsored content will be clearly labeled
- List unsafe operators — we have declined commercial relationships with operators we believe pose risks to players
- List operators we have not tested ourselves
How we make money
