Social casinos and sweepstakes are designed to be entertainment. For most people they are exactly that. For some people, gaming becomes a problem. If that is happening to you or to someone you know, help is available, free, and confidential.

Signs of problem gambling
- Spending more time or money on games than you intended
- Chasing losses with larger purchases
- Lying to family or friends about how much you play
- Borrowing money or skipping bills to fund play
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not playing
- Continuing to play despite negative consequences in your life
Tools available at operators
Every reputable social casino offers self-help tools. If a site does not, we don't list it. Look for:
- Daily / weekly / monthly purchase limits — you cap how much you can spend
- Session reminders— pop-ups telling you how long you've been playing
- Cooling-off periods — temporarily lock yourself out of your account
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your account
Underage play
Social casinos and sweepstakes sites are for adults only — 18+ at most operators, 21+ at some. If you suspect underage play in your household, every site we cover allows you to report it directly.
